– All excursions must be booked and confirmed in advance.
– Payment can be made in advance or at the latest on the day of the excursion.

– Free cancellation up to *24 hours before the start* of the excursion.
– If canceled within 24 hours or no show, *no refund* will be given.

Children under 5 years old participate free of charge.
Children aged 5 to 10 receive a 50% discount.
For safety reasons, children under *4 years* cannot participate in certain tours (e.g. desert safaris or boat tours).

Participants must follow the guides’ instructions.
*Health restrictions* apply to some tours (e.g. no participation for pregnant women or people with back problems on quad tours).

In the event of bad weather or unforeseen circumstances, the excursion may be postponed or changed.
Alternatively, a *credit or refund* will be offered.

Some tours require a minimum number of participants. If this is not achieved, the tour may be canceled or offered at another date.
